  • Orders placed from 14th December 2020 and delivered after 1st January 2021 will be subject to custom charges and handling fees, which will be added in the checkout and on the order receipt. These fees are in accordance with the guidelines determined by the UK government and authorities. As the fees are applied in the checkout, there will be no further charges on receipt of your order arriving to you.

  • All Bemz products are sewn to order in Europe by dedicated seamstresses who complete many steps by hand. This level of quality requires time, so you can expect your order to be shipped approximately 3-5 weeks after placing your order. 

    Once your order is completed and ready to ship, Unifaun systems will email the tracking and delivery details.

    Please note, our delivery partners DHL/DPD have indicated that may be some delays with shipments, due to restrictions imposed relating to COVID-19, but deliveries are being made.

  • You have an IKEA sofa but can’t seem to find your model on our site? We can help. IKEA has made thousands of different sofa models over the last 70 years and we haven’t created a cover for them all (yet!) so sometimes this happens. First, look under shop products for a list of every model we do cover.

    Sometimes you can find the model name inside a cover on the washing labels.

    If your model isn’t listed, you can email us your IKEA model name (or a photo instead, if you don’t know what it’s called) and we’ll contact you if/when we start making that cover.

CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER WITH BEMZ?

Yes, we are doing our best to produce and ship all orders. Our production/fulfilment facility is up and running with measures in place to protect the employees. 
 

WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED?

There can be potential delays because of transport restrictions and a shortage of some fabrics.  We will continue to update and keep you posted.


ARE RETURNS BEING PROCESSED?

Yes, all returns are being administered. Our fulfilment facility is taking extra precautions and therefore processing returns can take some extra time.
