In February 2024 we were excited to officially become a Certified B Corporation. Bemz is one of the first companies in the Nordic markets to achieve this certification.

Bemz has been verified as meeting B Lab’s high standards for social and environmental impact. We have made a legal commitment to stakeholder governance, to demonstrating accountability and transparency by disclosing this record of performance in a public B Corp profile.
As a B Corp, Bemz is now counted among progressive businesses that are leading a global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.
Being a B Corp aligns with our broader view of sustainability and our endless commitment to making long-term positive change for people and the planet. It will become our roadmap as we forge ahead with our sustainability journey and consciously lead the way for the textile and furniture industries.

The B Corp certification process evaluated Bemz’s best practice in many areas – from how we support our employees and our impact on the local community and environment, to our transparency, governance and accountability as a business. We’re proud to have achieved an impact score of 93.2, way above the minimum requirement of 80 points.
