This cover is tailored for the IKEA Söderhamn corner section and consists of 3 parts.

• 1 cover for the frame
• 1 cover for the back cushion
• 1 cover for the decorative cushion

General information

The cover is designed to fit only the IKEA Söderhamn corner section with two armrests, where the longest armrest of 96 cm is positioned on the right side of the shortest armrest when viewed from the front.

Minimalist fit for the IKEA Söderhamn corner section is available in two versions: left and right. For the left-hand solution, see article number SOD8-M.

About the design

This model has a cover for the entire frame, including the seat section. The cover is placed on the entire frame including the seat section and is fastened along the back frame and sides with Velcro strips for a neat finish.

Assembly instructions

• Remove the original covers together with the back and decorative cushions, the seat cushion can remain in place.
• Drape the cover along the back.
• Gently pull the cover over the frame.
• Adjust the cover's seams so that they align along the centre of the back.
• Adjust the fabric so that it covers the seat cushions and let it drape down to the floor.
• Align the seams on the seat cover section with the corners of the seat cushion.
• Velcro strips are fastened on the back and along the sides to hold the seat cushion and fabric in place.
• The cover is designed to touch the floor, adjust accordingly to avoid the fabric wrinkling and for a smooth and neat fit.
• The fabric should be completely smooth when properly fastened.
• Place the cushions in the cushion covers, close the zip and position in place.
