Orders placed from 14th December 2020 and delivered after 1st January 2021 will be subject to custom charges and handling fees, which will be added in the checkout and on the order receipt. These fees are in accordance with the guidelines determined by the UK government and authorities. All Bemz products are sewn to order in Europe by dedicated seamstresses who complete many steps by hand. This level of quality requires time, so you can expect your order to be shipped approximately 3-5 weeks after placing your order.
Once your order is completed and ready to ship, Unifaun systems will email the tracking and delivery details.
Please note, our delivery partners DHL/DPD have indicated that may be some delays with shipments, due to restrictions imposed relating to COVID-19, but deliveries are being made.

If you live in Sweden, Denmark or Finland deliveries are made by DPD/PostNord and the package will be delivered to the authorised PostNord agent nearest you.

The shipping cost to Norway and Switzerland is shown in your shopping cart together with the price of your chosen products. The final shipping charges are based on the destination country, chosen method of delivery and weight of the package. Bemz has now applied the custom fees, taxes and handling charges to your order in the check-out process. No additional fees will be required at time of delivery. Personal information may be required for custom clearance purposes.
Shipping fees to Canada and the United States are set at a flat rate of $20 USD/CAD and are handled by our international shipping partner DHL. For all deliveries to Canada, taxes and handling charges are included in the cost of your order and are itemised on the checkout page. No additional fees will be required at time of delivery. Personal information/identification may be required by the shipping company for custom clearance purposes.
Australia, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates.
The delivery fee is calculated from the exact weight of your order and is shown in your shopping cart together with the price of your chosen products. The final shipping charges are based on the destination country, chosen method of delivery by DHL for your destination, and the exact weight of the package.
Please note that Non-EU residents (from countries such as Australia, China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates and even offshore provinces such as the Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, and the Channel Islands) are responsible for import and duty fees, wherever applicable.

Islands outside of the European Continent such as - but not limited to the Canary Islands, Channel Islands, and the Faroe Islands are not considered part of the European Continent.
Therefore, these destinations may not qualify for our EU shipping rates. Where applicable, customers are responsible for any custom duty fees and/or taxes for offshore island deliveries.
At this time, Bemz is unable to ship to overseas regions and/or territories of countries. This may include but is not limited to: Martinique, Barbados Antilles, and Puerto Rico.
If the delivery address is in Sweden, Denmark or Finland, delivery is handled by PostNord and your package will be delivered to the authorized PostNord pick-up point nearest you, where the package can be picked up during the following 14 days. When the package has arrived, you will receive an SMS message (number specified by you) with pick-up details. For more information about PostNord go to www.postnord.se.
For deliveries to all other countries (excluding Sweden, Denmark and Finland) your package will be delivered directly to your specified delivery address with your local delivery partner. Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be able to receive the package Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. When the package is on its way to you, you will receive an email from Bemz/DHL/DPD with your tracking number and a tracking link. For more information on your delivery please email Bemz at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before you receive your delivery notice you can email us any time at email@example.com. Please write your order number in the email or have it available when you call. When your order is being shipped, you will receive an email or SMS/text message from the delivery carrier containing the tracking number of your package and a tracking link. With your tracking number you can track your order on the delivery carrier’s website www.dhl.com or www.dpd.com.
If you unavailable at the time of delivery we suggest contacting DHL/DPD with your tracking number to arrange the delivery of the package to the address of your choice. If DHL/DPD is unable to deliver the package or unable to contact you after several attempts, they will return the package to Bemz. In some countries, DHL/DPD will offer the option to change the delivery address and/or pick up location. This details of this option will be included on the SMS/text message.
Our delivery partner, DHL/DPD deliver only to physical addresses. Bemz is unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and/or Military Post Offices.
Please note for deliveries to the United States: duty/customs and brokerage/handling fees still exist and the receiver is responsible for the payment of duties and taxes when applicable. Unfortunately, we are unable to itemize these charges on our checkout page because they are determined by your local authorities. For custom clearance purposes, personal information such as your Social Security Number may be required at the time of delivery by the shipping company. According to DHL: "Because the commodity of the item is fabric DHL must make a formal declaration to U.S customs. This formal declaration requires that the importer pay U.S customs duties and taxes. Bemz takes the cost of these custom fees at the time of purchase and processes the custom fees via our account with DHL. The reason DHL requires the Social Security Number is because the customs entry is done using the U.S importer's name and information. The Social Security Number would provide U.S customs with the evidence that the importer is a legal resident of the U.S and is permitted to import goods. Every entry done for a U.S importer is driven by their unique IRS or Social Security Number."
Because our covers are sewn-to-order, delivery can sometimes take a little longer than usual during busy order periods. For example, when we hold seasonal offers like Black Friday.
