This cover is tailored for the IKEA Söderhamn corner section, left, where the longest armrest is 96 cm and is on the left side when standing in front of the furniture, and consists of 3 parts.

General Information

The cover is designed to fit only the IKEA Söderhamn corner section with two armrests. Minimalist Fit for Söderhamn corner section is available in two versions (left and right), and the right version has article number SOD88-M.

About the Design

The cover comes in Minimalist Fit which has subtle seams for a streamlined style. This model has a cover for the entire frame, including the seat section. The cover is placed on top of the seat cushions and fastened in place along the back frame and sides with velcro strips for a neat finish. The hem of the cover elegantly touches the floor.

Assembly Instructions

• Remove the original covers together with the back and scatter cushions, the seat cushion can remain in place.
• Drape the cover along the back.
• Carefully pull the cover over the frame.
• Adjust the seams of the cover so that they align along the centre of the backrest.
• Adjust the fabric so that it covers the seat cushions and let it fall to the floor.
• Align the seams on the seat cover section with the corners of the seat cushion.
• Velcro strips are fastened on the backrest and along the sides to hold the seat cushion and fabric in place.
• The cover is designed to touch the floor, adjust accordingly to prevent the fabric from wrinkling and for a smooth and neat fit.
• The fabric should be completely smooth when fitted correctly.
• Place the cushions in the cushion covers, close the zip and position in place.
