As far as a product review goes, think of the IKEA Friheten sofa bed/sleeper sectional 3 seater with storage as a next generation Manstad (which itself was a next generation Fågelbo). It too is a corner sofa bed/sleeper sectional, configured in an L-shape and designed as a 3 seater sofa with a chaise longue attached. As far as a usability review goes, it’s solid enough for everyday use as a sofa/couch but contains not one, but two hidden gems concealed beneath its seat cushions. The pull out bed (designed to fit two) is easy to access from under the 3 seater section. There’s also a hidden storage unit located beneath the chaise longue section, perfect for stashing a set of bed linen. A bonus detail: the Friheten chaise longue lid stays open automatically while you retrieve your sheets.  And yes, the Friheten sofa bed looks a lot like the Manstad sleeper sofa and the Fagelbo sleeper sectional with a few minor differences. The dimensions on all three of these IKEA sofa beds/sleeper sofas are different. Friheten sofa beds have only one armrest and only three back cushions.
